Partner
As a Partner and co-founder of People First Solutions, Paul believes that an organization's success is directly related to the talent of its people. Paul's focus is working with entrepreneurs and senior business executives to recruit key positions for their organizations in an increasingly competitive marketplace. In 2001 Paul co-founded the IronChild Foundation - a charity which runs mentoring programs for children with chronic illness. When out of the office, Paul enjoys running marathons, triathlons, golfing and skiing.

Partner
As a professional hockey player Bob played for the Atlanta Flames and the Vancouver Canucks long before becoming a founding partner with People First Solutions. After 20 years as a partner in a prominent employee benefits firm, he turned his attention to helping companies recruit and retain top talent. Bob also sits on the board of the Vancouver Canuck's Alumni. When not in the office he enjoys outdoor exercise, hockey and golf.

Adrienne is goal driven and has a sharp eye on the bottom line results of her clients. She specializes in assisting organizations in highly competitive industries to actively locate and recruit individuals for key positions. Adrienne prides herself on being a hunter. Her network, while impressive, is just the beginning. She goes well outside it on every search to find and attract difficult to reach talent. Her experience, combined with a deep understanding of client needs and their business priorities, enables Adrienne to deliver value-added impact far beyond the services provided by traditional search firms.

Executive Account Manager
Iain has held a number of senior private and public sector business development and marketing roles in British Columbia over the last 25 years. During this time he has come to clearly understand that top performers in dynamic companies deliver amazing results. Iain's focus is on helping clients find candidates for leadership, engineering, technical, financial and business development roles using his extensive, interconnected network. Iain has been very active with Junior Achievement of BC over the last 10 years and when out of the office enjoys spending time with his family skiing, travelling and boating.

Office Manager
As the office manager at People First Solutions, Yuliana brings extensive experience in communications, public relations and customer service management. Prior to joining the People First team Yuliana was the branch manager for a travel company in Odessa, Ukraine. Her joy of meeting new people everyday and conducting challenging research make her a valuable addition to our dynamic team. Away from the office, Yuliana enjoys amateur photography, reading, traveling, playing badminton and spending time with her family and friends.
