As a professional hockey player Bob played for the Atlanta Flames and the Vancouver Canucks long before becoming one of the founders of People First Solutions. After 20 years as a partner in a prominent employee benefits firm, he turned his attention to helping companies recruit and retain top talent. Bob also sits on the board of the Vancouver Canuck's Alumni. When not in the office he enjoys outdoor exercise, hockey and golf.

Michael has 18 years of recruitment experience combined with 10 years of sales and management responsibilities. Throughout his career Michael has worked with a diverse cross section of clients involved in a broad range of business sectors from multinationals to the family run business. Michael has achieved considerable success in the search industry finding candidates for leadership, engineering, information technology, financial and business development roles. When not in the office Michael enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, snowboarding and playing hockey.
