This individual will offer a wide range of cost effective accounting services to individual and business clients.

 

Key Criteria/Requirements

2+ years of Accounting experience, CPA designation, an asset.

Strong accounting and reporting skills.

Excellent relationship building skills, naturally builds trust with both team and clients, respectful at all times.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Deadline-oriented with an innate sense of urgency.

Reports research results, able to integrate and simplify information with ease.

Demonstrates utmost professionalism, maintains client confidentiality.

Proven time management skills, with the ability to juggle several projects at once.

Performs data entry management effectively and efficiently.

An aptitude for numbers with solid math skills and a passion for finding solutions.

 

Role and Responsibilities

Provide constructive solutions to maximize corporate and individual client’s accounting and efficiency.

Partner with clients and provide quality service that is  personalized to the company’s or individual’s needs.

Provide financial information in a timely and accurate manner.

Prepare financial statements in accordance with professional standards.

Develop practical and technically sound solutions.

Provide meaningful, well-organized financial records to maximize the efficiency of our client’s day-to-day operations.

Remain current on new tax laws and legislation.

Prepare returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates and not-for-profit organizations that are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

Act as a sounding board for clients.

With an unwavering degree of professionalism, provide comprehensive information that address issues affecting the business.
