Dear HR Managers and Business Owners, Impressions work both ways - and companies can hurt their prospects of attracting employees if they don't impress candidates during a job interview. According to a recent survey by jobtips.com, 90% of twentysomethings polled said their overall image of an organization changed as a result of a recent job interview experience. Of those who had a good experience, 54% said their impression of the company, its products and services improved. One of the articles in this month's issue relates to one of reasons managers do not do well in hiring conversations - they are just lacking sleep. The seriousness of this problem is bigger than many of us realize and is starting to impact the bottom line. On behalf of everyone at People First Solutions, I hope you enjoy this month's issue. Cheers,
