Dear HR Managers and Business Owners, It's that time of year again - when we made resolutions in our personal lives that help guide us into the New Year. Hopefully, for most of us, we'll follow through and achieve all of our resolutions - even if we do fall off the wagon once or twice. As a business owner or senior manager, this is also the perfect time of year to make a list of resolutions of things you can do to help attract new employees and grow your business in the coming year. Think of it as reinforcing your business plan - or in some cases, rewriting your business plan to take advantage of new opportunities. This month's article features a few hiring resolutions companies should consider based on growing issues in talent for 2008. On behalf of the People First Solutions team, I wish you all the best for a productive year to come. Cheers,
Bob Murray Partner, People First Solutions |

"We turned to People First Solutions when we found ourselves becoming a multi-million dollar Real Estate firm virtually over night. At the time, we only had two employees. We needed to hire some exceptional staff to help us capitalize on the growth. People First exceeded my expectations."
