Vancouver Recruiters

Dear HR Managers and Business Owners,

Spring definitely feels like it is upon us in the Lower Mainland this week. Sun is peaking out more often, cherry blossoms in bloom, and sidewalk café's starting to do brisk business.

Spring also marks what is often the busiest time of the year for employee relocation and career shifts as well. Members of today's workforce are likely to move frequently, not only from job to job, but from one geographical location to another. What was a unique path for boomers has become more the norm for generations X and Y. In this month's People Pulse article explores how a mobile workforce and other related trends are shaping the way Canadian companies such as Microsoft approach recruitment strategies.

On behalf of the People First Team, I wish you all the best for profitable growth this Spring.

Cheers,

"People first exceeded my expectations. During the process, Heather assisted me by providing information about the prospective employer and the people I would be interviewed by. She also provided assistance for what I should be looking for during the interview process and subsequent negotiations for compensation and benefits. She even assisted in recommending appropriate clothing for the final in-person interview."
