Thorough Selection Process

Our selection process is thorough, enabling us to collect very detailed information. We discover who candidates are below the surface and if their values align.

In-depth Interviews

When a candidate is invited to an interview, we ask questions that are directly related to the accountabilities for the role. Final interviews are in-depth, usually three hours in duration. We begin our interview by starting in high school and moving forward through the last 15 years of employment.
