People First Solutions is seeking an ambitious individual to work within our dynamic Executive Search Consultancy. This is an excellent opportunity to use your resourcing, research and internet skills to help us map out where the top talent is and how we can get in front of them.
The Role:
The Recruiting Research Consultant will assist the Executive Leadership team in their day-to-day duties, and hold responsibility for keeping the company database up-to-date and researching high calibre candidates. This person will own the task of finding qualified candidates who haven’t been referred or have applied directly. This work entails extensive database and internet searching.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate relevant sourcing channels for talent
- Create and post role profiles to attract relevant talent
- Conduct phone screens and build rapport with qualified candidates
- Support our presence on social media and online forums
- Maintain the integrity and validity of information contained on our database
- Update company website with new content

Requirements:
- 3+ year’s corporate business experience in resourcing, research, or executive recruitment.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written) and telephone manner
- Genuine curiosity in people and the ability to engage people in conversations
- Research experience and the ability to think analytically about problems and identify new and innovative ways to access top candidates.
- A logical mind to ensure search criteria will return the proper results
- Creative problem solver with the ability to get up to speed and understand how things work
- High energy, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
- Entrepreneurial, persistent and self-motivated
- Solid understanding of social media
- Knowledge of databases and data administration
- Ability to work under pressure and cope with high volumes of data
- Ability to meet and exceed daily recruitment search targets
- The ability and desire to work remotely from your home
- Up-to-date computer with high-speed Internet access
- Strong keyboarding and computer skills
- Excellent networking skills
- Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage time, priorities, and tasks to reach your objectives
