International Marketing Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

The International Marketing Specialist designs, develops and executes revenue-generating marketing programs for our direct sales team and global channel partners in USA, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and the South Pacific. This role requires a veteran marketer with an understanding of channel marketing programs, Page Rank (PR), Average Revenue (AR), thought leadership, social media and all aspects of marketing that increase sell-through.

  • You will work very closely with the sales team, channel partners and product management to support and accelerate all activities on an international basis.
  • You will be directly responsible for marketing programs, launch activities,sales promotions, partner portal management, communications and the international marketing budget.
  • You must have high energy and be able to multi-task and communicate exceedingly well.
    Travel not required.


  • Develop, design, implement and measure marketing programs for direct sales, distributors and resellers.
  • Demand generation is the most important priority of this role. Continuous innovation is required.
  • Manage and monitor execution of all marketing programs, working closely with the direct sales team and channel partners.
  • Responsible for partner communications: customizing and sending partner communications on an ongoing basis.
  • Execute conferences and meetings.
  • Responsible for advocating for the channel (represent concerns/requirements of the channel), and for developing the product launch plan for the channel.
  • Evaluate program opportunities based on consistency with overall business goals and marketing strategy, as well as the financial ROI, brand synergy, potential impact/visibility, and execution requirements.
  • Design and implement measurements to quantify revenue generated from programs executed.
  • Evaluate and measure current processes, and where necessary, establish more efficient and consistent ones.
  • Evangelize and champion international channel mission, purpose, and needs internally.
  • Contribute to our global thought leadership/social media presence


  • Minimum 5-10 years international marketing experience, strong EMEA experience needed and APAC and MLSA a plus.
  • Language requirement: English additional language(s) a strong plus(German/French/Spanish/Cantonese/Mandarin)
  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystem, marketing concepts, role of distribution, VAR, DMR.
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts.
  • Proven track record in leading and working effectively with cross functional teams, including the sales organization, operations, and finance
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, presentation, and project management skills required.
  • Excellent budget management skills required.
  • Innovator with the ability to influence staff and management at all levels(internally and externally).
  • A self-starter, someone who is capable asserting their ideas, making decisions and sharing feedback.
