Since 1992 Rise Vision has been obsessed with helping customers have great-looking displays. Today, the primary focus is education. Rise Vision currently serves over 3,000 schools. In these uncertain times, communication and connection are essential. Rise Vision helps schools communicate better by making digital signage easy.
By 2027, Rise Vision’s goal is to improve the experience of students everywhere by serving 1,000,000 school displays. Rise Vision is currently searching for a Senior Product Manager to work directly with the CEO to help turn this vision into reality.
Mission of the Senior Product Manager
The Senior Product Manager is accountable for ensuring our K-12 users continuously derive greater value from the product and increase the number digital signage displays Rise Vision has in K-12 schools. To achieve this, the Senior Product Manager will conduct customer research through interviews, surveys, NPS reviews, customer reviews, support ticket reviews, and usage analysis. Information gathered will be utilized to continuously create and recommended product pitches for consideration using Basecamp’s Shape Up process.
Role Responsibilities:
- Learn, understand and embrace the culture and core values of Rise Vision
- Develop an understanding of the customer’s pain and how Rise Vision is the solution to alleviate this pain
- Speak with customers, ask the right questions, establish immediate rapport and understand the problem the customer is trying to solve
- Correlate customer’s input and look for actionable trends that translate into increased revenue
- Conduct customer research to understand the customer, the problems they face and determine the product improvements that are required
- Based on customer needs, continuously make pitches to the Product Council
- Collaborate with the Development team to implement approved pitches within the estimated time and measure success by increasing the number of digital signage displays we have in K-12 schools, improving NPS, and increasing ARPA.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in SaaS product management
- Familiar with the Basecamp Shape Up process and proficient with Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Experience conducting customer interviews, with the ability to understand and interpret customer feedback from multiple sources
- Able to build rapport immediately and trust relationships over time, communicates effectively and responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Effectively condenses and consolidates feedback highlighting trends and “the problem to be solved” from the user’s perspective
- Highly skilled in mining and analyzing data and successfully interpreting how the customer uses the product
- Experienced working remotely within a virtual company utilizing chat applications (Slack) and video conferencing (Zoom) to communicate with your peers throughout the day
- A continuous learner who strives for consistent improvement
