By 2027, Rise Vision’s goal is to improve the experience of students everywhere by serving 1,000,000 school displays. Rise Vision is currently searching for a Growth Marketing Manager who will contribute to turning this vision into reality.
Mission of the Growth Marketing Manager:
The Growth Marketing Manager is accountable for generating K-12 Sales Qualified Leads through digital campaigns. This individual will be responsible for continuously creating, managing, and validating the ROI of integrated campaigns touching webinars, SEO, paid ads, PR, social, lead nurtures, case studies, and more.
Role Responsibilities:
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring the execution and continuous improvement of the tactics and processes used in these campaigns. The Growth Marketing Manager will ensure our partners, sales, customer success, and marketing teams are kept informed of campaigns running and the impact each campaign will have on their areas.
- Spend time with the team to gain first-hand knowledge about the values, culture, products, and marketing technology stack at Rise Vision
- As a product expert, understand the marketing and sales strategy, the BrandScript and how best to position Rise Vision
- Ensure a consistent message is maintained across everything that is created using the BrandScript, writing style, and brand guidelines
- Maintain the campaign calendar, understand the processes for developing, launching, analyzing, and reporting on campaigns
- Accountable for the search engine optimization strategy of the Rise Vision website
- Responsible for the strategy, implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement of all paid advertising campaigns, ensure all paid ads are profitable
- Continuously analyze the aggregated data to validate the campaigns, passionate about continual learning
Role Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, AV/IT, or education
- Experience improving SEO and resolving technical SEO issues
- Strong writing and content creation skills, including; blog posts, landing pages, ads, emails
- Experience putting on virtual events and webinars with partners and influencers
- Experience scaling paid ad campaigns with Google Ads, LinkedIn, influencers, and other media
- Capable of working with external partners, agencies, and freelancers to deliver campaigns
- Experience creating funnels that generate awareness and convert it into qualified opportunities
- Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Amplitude, Segment, Ahrefs, and other martech
- Great communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with lots of change
- Roll up the sleeves and get it done attitude, comfortable taking charge and owning their work
- Enjoy working with sales to improve the effectiveness of marketing
- Passionate about talking to customers regularly and using those insights to market better
